Not sure if this would help you, but there is a shopping center near the sub-courts area, it’s called High Street Centre. I remember seeing quite a lot dealers importing/exporting mobile phones and parts. But didn’t ask where they got their stuff from (as in which country) – but they seem to be working at the wholesale level, so might be worth your while to check the place out.
